This is a great steamer. I used to have one of those E-steamers and it sucked!!! It broke on me and thank the good Lord because it forced me to get this one instead, and this one is much higher quality and it's a fraction of the price. The only reason I give this 4 stars instead of 5 is that it's obviously not as good as taking your clothes to the dry cleaner's, but almost!! I highly recommend it. Plus it's just very affordable and saves you money as well. I use this steamer on my clothes every morning. It's nice!

I was hoping a steamer would be like an iron, but it isn't. It will make a wrinkled garment wearable, but it will never be crisp like an ironed one. Seems to work best if clothing is steamed against a wall or other surface. Also, it looks best if allowed to cool and dry on a hanger.

It works well, like it will get rid of the wrinkles, but you have to position it correctly orelse it will wet your clothes with the hot steam. My cousin tried it and it wet his shirt, but when I used it, it just got rid of the wrinkles.

It doesn't work to get wrinkles out, but I use it all the time to make my clothes smell better. I wear a lot of blazers and little suit jackets with skirts to work. I can't afford to take them to the dry cleaners all the time. So, what I do is use the steam buddy on the armpits of all my jackets after I wear them, and they don't smell bad at all. The steam really does get rid of odors. It works! I use it all the time. Mine just broke though, it won't heat up anymore, so I have to get a new one. It lasted about a year. It has become valuable to me. I think it's definitely worth it.

I purchased this item elsewhere, but after several attempts at using it I have had no luck. It took a long time to get hot, but no steam ever came out. It has projecting holes on the underside and/or a plate that fits over the holes which has a rough fabric surface. Either way prevents the actual touching of the fabric and running across it as you would with a regular iron. The old one we had was great, but it gave up the ghost and isn't made anymore. It lasted over 30 years. Look for something else and save your money. Wife of R.V.

I was really surprised at all of the bad reviews! I had mine for 1 year, maybe a little more....Anyway, I used it every single day and did not touch my iron! I have 2 small children an this thing saved me SO much time in the mornings!It also went with us on vacation. Towards the end of it's life, the button would not stay put and it leaked. I think the leak was from a crack...I believe it was dropped. I was on here to find another one and I am so glad to find it at this price! I am getting 2, one for my room and one for the downstairs for the kids!
